This machine uses four high-precision rotor pumps combined with a servo-driven tracking system to achieve fast and accurate filling. It is ideal for viscous and semi-viscous products such as sauces, condiments, edible oils, jams, syrups, and cosmetic creams.

Each filling head operates independently, ensuring consistent volume control and stable performance. The nozzles move in sync with the conveyor, filling smoothly without dripping or splashing. Controlled by a PLC and touch screen interface, it allows easy parameter adjustment, recipe storage, and quick product changeover. All contact parts are made of 304 stainless steel for hygiene and durability. The system can be integrated with capping, labeling, and coding machines to form a complete automatic production line.

Each filling head operates with an independent rotor pump, whose speed is synchronized with the PLC and servo system to ensure accurate volume control based on time and pump rotation.

The tracking nozzles move in perfect coordination with the conveyor, allowing the nozzles to follow the bottles during filling.

A user-friendly PLC and HMI touch screen interface provides full parameter control, recipe storage, and quick product changeover.

The machine can also be integrated with capping, sealing, labeling, coding, and visual inspection units, forming a complete automatic packaging line.

4 Rotor Pumps

Servo-driven rotor pumps ensure precise and stable filling, with an accuracy of up to ±0.5%.

Cable Drag Chain

Organizes and protects cables and air tubes during operation, ensuring smooth movement and preventing wear or damage.

PLC touch screen control panel

The PLC touchscreen control panel allows operators to intuitively view equipment status, issue commands, and communicate with the PLC via the touchscreen.
