Automatic Glass Bottle Capping Machine
This automatic glass bottle capping machine is designed for efficient and precise sealing of glass bottles.
It features a rotary system with multiple stations that automatically completes inner plug placement, pressing, and metal cap feeding and tightening.
Driven by a servo motor, the rotary table accurately positions each bottle at the right station.
A customized vibrating bowl automatically delivers caps to the feeding system for smooth and continuous operation.

Multi-station rotary system
Multiple stations work simultaneously, completing processes such as inner plug placement, pressing, and capping in sync as the rotary table turns, greatly improving production efficiency.
Inner Cap Vibrating Bowl
Used for vibrating, arranging, and conveying rubber inner caps, feeding them into the capping system in the correct orientation.
Metal Outer Cap Vibrating Bowl
Through vibration, the metal outer caps are automatically arranged and conveyed to the cap feeding system in an orderly manner.
Cap Feeding System
Driven by cylinders and motors, the system feeds both inner and outer caps onto the bottles automatically. It operates with high stability and efficiency, featuring an automatic detection function that prevents cap feeding when no bottle is present.
Capping Head
Specially designed for tightening metal caps, this capping head ensures secure and reliable sealing. It can also be customized for different types of caps such as pump caps, round caps, and dropper caps.
PLC Control Panel
The PLC control system is equipped with a touch screen panel, allowing easy adjustment of various parameters and simple, user-friendly operation.
