Bottle Unscrambler Guide Rail Structure
Function: To provide a stable and orderly conveying channel for bottles, ensuring they enter the filling area in the correct orientation.

Three Turret System
Function: Coordinates the timing of the entire process, enabling indexed bottle conveyance.
Infeed Star Wheel: Transfers bottles from the guide rail to the filling station.

4-Gear Pump Filling System

Features: Extremely high accuracy (±0.5%), ideal for medium/high viscosity liquids; each pump is independently driven by a servo motor for easy adjustment.
4 Filling Nozzles
Function: To channel liquid into the bottles; the final component executing the fill.
Features: Anti-drip design keeps bottles clean.
Vibratory Bowl
Function: Automatically orients and aligns bulk roll-on aluminum caps, ensuring they are discharged opening-down.
Features: Uses vibration and specific tracks to sort and orient caps, providing a continuous supply to the capping process.
Cap Feeding Mechanism
Function: Receives caps from the vibratory bowl and positions them precisely over the bottle mouths, ready for crimping.
Features: Ensures the cap is accurately centered on the bottle neck, which is the first critical step for successful roll-on capping.
Roll-On Metal Cap Crimping Head
Function: This is the core component for roll-on crimping sealing. It does not screw on the cap but performs vertical pressing and radial rolling to form the seal.
