Automatic Sleeve Labeling & Steam Shrinking System
Label Guide Tube
Guides and opens the flat film into a tubular shape.
Cutting & Sleeving Section
Optical Sensor: Detects product position to initiate cutting.
High-Speed Rotary Cutter: Precisely cuts film into labels.
Label Spreader: Conical guide that positions label for smooth application.
Conveying & Transmission Section
Infeed Conveyor Belt: Transports products to be labeled into the machine at a set speed and pitch.
Main Drive System: Powered by a precision servo motor, it synchronizes the cutting knife and film feeding. This is the heart of the machine's high-speed, high-accuracy operation.
Unwinding & Tension Control Section
Label Roll Holder: The shaft that holds the roll of sleeve-shaped shrink film.
Tension Control System: Comprises tension bars, brakes. It ensures the film is fed with constant and appropriate tension, preventing the label from becoming loose or tearing, which is fundamental for a smooth application.
Positioning & Alignment Section
Alignment Brushes: Make minor adjustments to the label after it's placed on the product, ensuring consistent height.
Central Control System
PLC & Human-Machine Interface (HMI): The brain of the machine. Parameters (like label length, speed) are set via the touchscreen HMI, while the PLC coordinates all electrical components and provides fault diagnostics and alarms.
Shrinking Tunnel
Tunnel Casing: Insulated chamber where label shrinking occurs.
Steam Jet System: Internal nozzles/slots ensure even steam distribution for a seamless, wrinkle-free finish.
Insulation Layer: Stainless steel with heat-resistant filling to minimize heat loss and ensure safety.
