Multi-station rotary system
Featuring a multi-station system, the machine performs tube loading, positioning, filling, and folding simultaneously, greatly improving production efficiency.
Tube Loading Station
Equipped with an automatic tube loading tray, this station ensures a smooth and efficient tube feeding process. The operator places multiple aluminum tubes on the tray, which automatically loads them one by one into the working position.
Photoelectric Positioning Station
A high-sensitivity photoelectric sensor detects the color mark printed on each tube, ensuring that the design, logo, or label aligns perfectly before the sealing and folding process.
Filling Station
At this stage, the filling nozzle automatically descends into the aluminum tube and injects the pre-set quantity of material with high accuracy. The system uses a pneumatic piston filler that provides precise volume control, making it ideal for viscous products such as creams, ointments, gels, and pastes.
Pre-Pressing Station
Before the final folding, the aluminum tube tail is gently pre-flattened to remove any wrinkles and align the edges accurately.
Folding Station
Powered by a robust cam-linkage mechanism, this station performs a two-step folding operation on the tail of the tube. The first fold secures the material inside, while the second fold provides a clean, tight, and durable seal.
Coding Station
During the tail sealing process, the flattened end of the tube is simultaneously embossed with production codes, batch numbers, or expiry dates.
Hopper
The hopper can be customized according to production requirements. Options include a heated hopper to maintain material temperature, a pressurized hopper for smooth flow of thick materials, and a mixing hopper equipped with an agitator to keep the contents evenly blended and prevent sedimentation.
PLC Control Panel
The PLC control panel provides an intuitive and user-friendly interface for operating the machine. It allows adjustment of parameters such as filling volume, speed. The touch screen display clearly shows real-time working status and fault information, making operation simple and efficient.
